Do you speak English and Spanish at a professional level and have always though about relocating to Spain?

Would you like to work for a successful fitness and wellness business with +100 centers in Europe? We are looking for a Sales Manager who lives in the Barcelona Area or who is looking to relocate ! This role will focus on organizing, teaching and leading a team of sales representatives to work towards agreed goals.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence.
* Achieve growth and achieve sales targets through successful management of sales teams and assessment of team strengths and weaknesses.
* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.
* Build and promote healthy and lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them
* Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
* Provide daily field sales success reports and communicate Voice of Customer (VOC) data to superiors

The ideal candidate:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
* Previous successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
* Committed to continuing education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
* Strong business sense and industry experience
* Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
* Fluency in English and in Spanish Required
