Role Responsibilities
* Drive international business development: Identify, open and grow new markets and customers, strengthening the company’s global position and turning commercial opportunities into measurable results.
* Build and manage global relationships: Develop strong partnerships with customers, agents and distributors worldwide, ensuring long x2011;term cooperation that supports the company’s strategic growth in agriculture.
* Be the linking pin internally and externally: Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing, Production, QA/QC and R&D to translate market and customer needs into concrete solutions, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Commercial B2B professional with agri affinity: Higher professional education (HBO) level and experience in B2B sales and/or product management, using your commercial mindset to grow international markets in the agricultural sector.
* International communicator: Strong command of Dutch and English, spoken and written, enabling you to build global relationships; knowledge of Spanish is a welcome plus that helps you excel in additional markets.
* Connector and relationship builder: Skilled at managing customers, agents and distributors and coordinating effectively with internal departments, turning cross x2011;functional collaboration into tangible commercial success.
