In this role you will cover a group of top customers in the North Italy region, build strong relationships based on trust, achieve the assigned sales objectives and deliver profitable customers growth!

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

-Sales and Customer Growth
– Manage regional customers in North Italy across various retail channels (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets) to achieve assigned sales objectives and drive profitable customer growth.
-Contract Negotiation
– Negotiate local contracts with assigned customers.
-Strategic Planning and Growth
– Develop specific plans for assigned customers, aligning with the Company Commercial Strategy, and aim for sustainable growth.
-Sales Targets and Financial Planning
– Meet quantitative and qualitative sales targets (NIV, NSV, full P&L, terms of payment) and collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager Regional Account and Financial Sales Business Partner to define financial plans for assigned customers.
-Customer Relationship and Market Insights
– Build strong customer relationships, promote Kellanova’s image, implement the 4P strategy (presence, placement, price, and promotion), monitor market trends and competitors, oversee promotion planning, and provide monthly sales forecasts for production to assigned customers.
 

We’re Looking for Someone With

-University Degree in Economics.
-Previous experience in multinational FMCG companies, with a focus on sell in.
-Good command of Excel,
with the ability to drive best-in-class performances through market trend analysis, negotiation, selling and in-store execution.
-A proactive attitude in every circumstance, with natural problem-solving approaches.
-Advanced level of English.
