I’m looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join a global company expanding its footprint across the Czech Republic. You’ll focus on the commercial real estate sector, identifying suitable properties, pitching to landlords and developers, and securing agreements that support the company’s rapid growth.
This is an independent, target-driven role for someone who loves to sell and wants to earn based purely on performance. You’ll have the freedom to build your network, negotiate deals, and make a real commercial impact.

Your Experience
* At least 3 years’ experience commercial or B2B sales, within real estate, investment, or hospitality.
* Skilled negotiator with strong closing ability
* Fluent in Czech and English
* Entrepreneurial, results-focused, and highly motivated
* Confident managing your own sales pipeline and strategy
