Sales Manager Industry – Bakery Ingredients

My partner, one of the leading companies in yeast and bakery ingredients in Europe is looking for its new Mid-Size Industry Sales Manager, with a goal to develop mainly the bakery ingredients side towards a clientele of industrial bread makers in Netherlands.

You’ll join a company leading with innovation, constantly looking to better their offer and products to satisfy the needs of their clients, you’ll therefore work with a portfolio in movement, with new products, adaptability to the clients etc. allowing you to really have a dynamic product and more possibilities to adapt, and close your sales.

In addition, you’re joining a growing company with a development both in the Netherlands and internationally, and will have the opportunities in the future to grow with them !

Last but not least, you’ll join a big international group but with a real separation of each Business Unit per country, allowing you to benefit from the ambient & responsiveness of a smaller company, and the means and benefits from the big group behind, you’ll basically get the best of both world !

You feel attracted to the project and by the company’s vision ? Here is the profile we’re looking for :

– 5/10years experience in the bakery industry

– strong knowledge of the bread making processes & technics : you need to be able to discuss technic problematics with clients

– You’re ideally bringing network toward stakeholder of the bread industrials (procurement/sourcing for exemple)

– You’re speaking Dutch and English

– Ready to travel over all the Netherlands
