Your primary focus will be on managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions that meet client needs.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company and sales targets.Identify new business opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals that meet client requirements.Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accountsManage contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company policies and goalsCoach and mentor direct reports ( Key Account Managers) to meet and exceed commercial plan

Your BackgroundMinimum of 8 years of sales or account management experience within the automotive industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.Experience in team managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Fluent in French and EnglishWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
