Leviat in Finland is a subsidiary to the Leviat AB in Finland. The company has had a very nice sales development during the last years and is now very important for the sales generated by Leviat AB. The main reason for this success is hard work alongside with good technical support and products. The annual turnover in Finland has had a positive development the last years and have increased from 2,17mEUR in 2023 to 3,75mEUR in 2024.
Our main customers are Precast companies, construction companies & resellers as well as non-buying customers such as designers.
We have a small office in Espo mainly for the Sales Manager, this can be changed if needed.

Sales manager
Finland and Estonia
The sales manager is responsible for all the sales made in Finland and Estonia. The responsibility includes the external sales team in Finland as well as an own sales area.
It is the Sales Managers tasks to support, coach and inspire the sales team as well as lead by example. The Sales Manager is a team player and sets the team first and makes it a priority to support it but also understands the ways in a very large company.
Represent the company vis-à-vis external customers, prescribing and other interesting target groups for the company’s products. Cooperation with other departments generates quality, delivery security, customer satisfaction and product development. You as Sales Manager are also often an important link to our group.
Organizational
The Sales Manager is organized directly under the Country Manager Nordics and is a part of the Nordic sales management team.

You are a problem solver who works purposefully to create solutions and opportunities. To succeed, it is crucial that you have a technical interest, but at least as important that you are a good communicator and understand the importance of creating good relationships, both internally and externally. It is important that you create your own networks and in a purposeful way drive your work forward on your own initiative. You are ambitious, structured, and analytical.

-History of working within the construction/building/Precast sector
-Experience of working in a leading role
-A very good technical understanding (maybe even an engineering exam or similar)

-Fluent Finnish and good business English in speech and writing.
-Good knowledge of the Office suite.

-Achieve growth and exceed the sales targets by successfully working tight with your own customers as well as with the sales team and other departments both within the Nordics but also others in the organization.
-Plan, structure, and tightly follow up the sales
-Be part of the sales budget process as well as forecasts
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by working tightly with them and understanding their needs
-Ensure that the company’s customers are kept informed with interesting and relevant information
-Responsible for keeping price lists up to date
-Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence
-Constantly seek market information about prices, products, etc. to be at the forefront
-Stay up to date with industry development, standards, and technical specifications
-Drive and participate in development projects
-Negotiate prices and terms
-Implement goals and strategies
-Other administrational work may occur
-Make sure that we have the correct approvals and documentation needed for the local market
-Actively contribute with notices to marketing, mainly via Social media but also other marketing
-Comply with Leviat / CRH:s rules SHE/HMS and CRH:s Code of business conduct
Person
Place of residence: our preference is to find someone who lives in the greater Helsinki area or within the triangle Helsinki, Tampere and Turku. The persons need to be able to travel.
