Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets
– Develop strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and product reach
– Foster strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
– Minimum 2-3 years of people management experience
– Technical background in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Electro mechanics, or Chemistry
– Ideally, experience within flame and gas detection systems to drive innovation and expertise
