– Grow the business at existing and new customers within given geographical regions and end markets to secure long-term customer relationships.

– Explore new businesses for newly developed technologies by identifying opportunities for new investment or upgrade projects of PVD coating lines.

– Work together with various stakeholders (internally and externally) to generate and fulfill your portion of the business plan to select our client as their key supplier for a large value investment for sputter equipment and coater software.


– A master’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical and/or commercial B2B position.

– A commercial attitude combined with very good technical insight and interest in understanding and learning the technical aspects and benefits of their products.

– Experience in the domain of Sputter Hardware or the vacuum industry is a plus.

– Fluency in English, and the ability to be frequently present at the Belgian office and production site in Ghent, flexible to travel for approximately 50% of your time during the working weeks.
