Your role:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are looking for a Sales Manager for the Italian market to strength our leadership and achieve our growth ambitions for the future. It will be your mission to develop Dramix® steel fibers in the industrial flooring market.You will lead the sales process, from scouting the market opportunities, to providing project solutions to negotiations and closing the deal with customers
You will cultivate a network of designers/consultants for accelerate Dramix adoptions
You will provide monthly forecasting and reporting and you will draw up profile reports for key customers and prospects
You will be responsible of the local sales strategy in accordance with the regional strategies
You will provide directions for the activities of technical and marketing support

Your profile:
You hold a Degree in Civil Engineer
You have preferably +3 years of experience in the field of: constructions, concrete production, admixtures, industrial flooring
Language required: Italian mother tongue, English intermediate level written and spoken
Good mobility and flexibility, you are willing to travel
