Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: A‚¬60,000 – A‚¬65,000 gross per annum

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to lead regional growth through new partnerships and business development. This role is all about hunting for opportunities , building strong relationships, and driving new revenue streams.

You’ll be responsible for identifying potential partners, pitching commercial solutions, and managing the full sales cycle – from first contact to final agreement. The role offers a high level of autonomy, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, contact, and secure new business partnerships across your region.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Attend meetings, networking events, and industry functions to generate leads.
* Present partnership and service models with clear commercial benefits.
* Conduct research to identify high-potential opportunities and growth areas.
* Manage the end-to-end business development process through to handover.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners.
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and meeting targets.

Ideal Candidate

* Proven track record in B2B sales or partnership development , within real estate, investment, or hospitality.
* Skilled at prospecting, pitching, and closing new deals .
* Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly and effectively.
* Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient.
* Experienced in managing a regional territory or client portfolio.
* Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible working arrangements.
