The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will manage and increase the sales of UGG products to appropriate retailers in a defined geographical territory of Italy. You will manage sales to an established base of accounts as well as to continuously appraise, tier, and optimize the portfolio to develop the brand strategy. As the Sales Executive, you will also be expected to be a key contributor and coordinator in helping the retailers sell the brand to consumers: This will include training staff, merchandising, arranging promotions, etc. Actively participates in projects and other teams, must be flexible to carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the individual, the Division or the Company as a whole.

Your Impact:

  • Manage the database of customers for the territory.
  • Providing seasonal Forecasts for account portfolio and collection feedback
  • Presentation of new collections and responsibility for obtaining orders from the territory.
  • Training of retailers’ floor sales staff
  • In-store merchandising and presence of the brand within the retail outlets.
  • Promotions and sales demonstrations in stores.
  • Presentation of the brand and products at consumer events and races.
  • Reporting of field activities to the company including competition activities.
  • Contribute to the overall sales efficiency and effectiveness of the brand.

  • Awareness of the current UGG brand adjacencies

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Previous wholesale experience within a regionally based role
  • Exposure to reporting and communicating both sell-in and sell-through
  • Previous experience in footwear (preferable not essential) or fashion industry
  • Italian and English language skills
  • Valid full driving license
  • Ability to budget and forecast, using Excel
