Sales Manager Poland – Specialty Plastics

What you’ll be doing

Drive new business across high-potential, underdeveloped sectors
*

Work hand-in-hand with customer service, R&D, and technical experts to deliver real value
*

Assist in crafting the annual sales budget and territory growth plan
*

Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closing and after-sales support
*

Track activities in CRM, maintain reports, and stay sharp on admin duties
*

Provide market intelligence on trends, pricing, and competitor moves
*

Advise on product modifications based on customer feedback and technical needs

About you

You’re a hunter – energized by opening doors, winning accounts, and building from scratch
*

3-8 years of experience in technical or solution sales, ideally in plastics, additives, or chemicals
*

Strong communication and negotiation skills – in person, on the phone, and on paper
*

Able to travel regularly across your region
*

Fluent in English
*
