A Social Sales Executive analyses local market trends and competitor activity to generate revenue from Social events for the hotel.

What will I be doing?

  • As Social Sales Executive you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunity for Social events and parties
  • Participate in commercial meetings and contribute to commercial strategies and actions related to social events/ parties and the LOFT Sky bar, OXBO Restaurant and GLOW Terrace
  • Prepare offers and contracts in accordance with current business
  • Work within current business strategies and capitalise on potential opportunities
  • Contribute to the administration and planning of social events
  • Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
  • Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
  • Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
