Job Description

In Danfoss Climate Solutions, we are looking for a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to complete our team in Belgium from your home-office.

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling heating products and HVAC systems to residential and commercial clients. You will leverage your technical expertise and sales skills to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Main responsibilities are:

• Identify and Develop Business Opportunities: Engage with new and existing customers to understand their HVAC needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

• Sales Proposals and Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and sales proposals to clients.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and engineering firms.

• Helping customers with first time start-ups and technical training ensuring that they are self-supporting for the future. (First line technical support)

• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure products meet customer requirements.

Background & Skills

For this role, you have technical training or a comparable education and already have some experience in a sales role directly interacting with customers.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Proven track record in HVAC sales, preferably with experience in both residential and commercial sectors.

• Fluent skills in Flemish/Dutch, English and French

• High customer-orientation as well as very good communication skills
