Your Role

As the National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring the overall growth and profitability of our business. Your strategic vision and leadership will guide our national sales teams toward success. You’ll collaborate closely with key clients and partners, shaping our sales strategies and fostering strong relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee National Account sales activities acrossthe country.

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drivegrowth.

  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunitiesnationwide.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

  • Provide performance reports to senior management based onmarket research.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Expertise in developing and implementing national salesstrategies.

  • Proven track record in leading and managing large salesteams.

  • Strong analytical skills for market research and businessdevelopment.

  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain clientrelationships.

  • Persistence and resilience in pursuing new leads andovercoming challenges.
