Tecno Poultry Equipment is a leading provider with over 40 years of experience in producing innovative solutions for rearing and laying hens. Tecno offers advanced, automated, and computerized systems for water supply, feeding, egg collection, air conditioning, and cleaning.

   

Your Impact

-Develop Tecno product sales through establishing, developing and retaining customer and dealer relations, directly as well as via the sales team
-Lead, manage and coach the sales team and foster a culture of winning, innovation and continuous improvement to realise growth and maximize the results of the company
-Investigate and analyse customer and market trends and identify and pursue potential opportunities to increase sales
-Take charge of budget planning & sales forecast within Tecno, and manage sales activities to meet the sales objectives
-Engage the sales support team and align with commercial excellence to develop aftersales business with direct customers and dealers
-Ensure feedback on competitive product and pricing in alignment with product management and collaborate with the marketing team on activities like product shows and campaigns
-As part of the management team of Tecno contribute to the further development of the company
 

Your Experience and Qualifications

-Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior sales management role, preferably with 5+ years’ experience in global sales of complex machinery – preferably in agriculture
-Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with proven experience
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
-Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills, a second non-native language is a plus
-Solid knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with Salesforce is an advantage
