• Identify and contact existing Microsoft cloud customers who are eligible for the cloud customer success motion
• Qualify customers based on their cloud usage, satisfaction, and business goals
• Build rapport and trust with customers and educate them on the value and benefits of the cloud customer success motion
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for the cloud customer success managers
• Track and update customer information and activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the cloud customer success managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities

Qualifications:

• up to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the cloud or software industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer focus and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• AZ 900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification or equivalent
• Fluent English and Spanish
