Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales? Join Kellanova (formerly Kellogg’s) as a Sales Coordinator on a one-year contract and become an integral part of our dynamic Finland sales team! Based in the vibrant city of Helsinki, you’ll provide crucial administrative support and insightful customer data reports. Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, you’ll collaborate with both local and regional teams to elevate our sales capabilities. Ready to make a difference and grow with us?
A Taste of What You’ll be Doing
-Admin Support
–
Provide administrative support to the Finnish sales organization.
-Database Management
–
Update the GS1 database with latest technical data and nutritional specs at trade deadlines. Maintain and update the price lists. Develop & coordinate the product catalogue.
-Reporting
– Provide data extracts from Kesko tool and S-group POS data. Follow up on pricing and competition campaigns.
-PO and Invoices –
Handle the PO process and invoice management, as well as new vendor creation. Coordinating the overhead budget.
-Cross-team collaboration
– Support Nutrition/ Marketing activation team in translations (in cooperation with Business Unit Manager) and manage POSM across Finland. Arrange and manage sales meetings.
-Trade Management
– Including creating and coordinating sell in pages, forecasting the Point of Sales Marketing materials and coordinating the material orders
We’re Looking for Someone With
-A bachelor’s degree in economics.
-Familiarity with GS1 and Analyse2 databases (is an advantage).
-Sales experience and understanding of Finnish retailers.
-Fluency in English and Finnish.
-Analytical Skills, coupled with a can-do attitude, proactiveness and collaboration skills.
