As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our store, helping customers find the right gear, apparel, and footwear to elevate their performance. You’ll bring energy, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude to every interaction.
Previous experience working in a sport or fashion retail environment.
Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
Motivated by targets and have knowledge of store KPIs.
Effective customer service and sales skills.
Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
Good communications skills in English.
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
 
YOUR ACTIVITIES:
Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment
Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
Work collaboratively and drive sales by assisting in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness
