Home based with the requirement to travel to Dorking or Basingstoke on occasion

We are recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join our Distribution Team here at Unum UK! The role sits within our Existing Client Growth (ECG) team, who are predominantly focused on using new, innovative ways to increase revenue from our Existing Clients.
The Sales Consultants in the ECG team are responsible for building strong strategic relationships with our brokers, achieving new business targets as well as retaining and growing our current business.
You will need to be proactive and persistent in your approach to partnering with our brokers,
Be data led in your conversations with Brokers and in strategizing your panel
Work collaboratively with other areas within the business, including wider Sales Teams, Customer services and Underwriting
What will you bring?
Experience within a Sales/Account Management/Change management background is preferred.
We will consider applicants from all industries, but experience or knowledge of Insurance/Financial Services would be an advantage.
You must be motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving results.
It is key that you are able to communicate with people of all levels and be business focused.
