Deine Aufgaben

• Vertrieb mit Mehrwert: Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse, entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und begleitest den gesamten Verkaufsprozess – von der Idee bis zum Abschluss.
• Beratung auf Augenhöhe: Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträger:innen auf und unterstützt sie bei zukunftsweisenden Entscheidungen.
• Insights aktivieren: Du übersetzt komplexe Daten in klare Handlungsempfehlungen – in den Bereichen Innovation, Brand & Media, Consumer Behavior oder Activation & Analytics.
• Teamwork leben: Du arbeitest eng mit internen Expert:innen und globalen Teams zusammen, um individuelle Lösungen zu realisieren.

Was dich ausmacht

• Erfahrung im lösungsorientierten Vertrieb, Business Development oder in der Kundenberatung – idealerweise in Marktforschung, Analytics, SaaS oder FMCG/Retail.
• Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch – auch auf C-Level.
• Spaß an Akquise und Beratung sowie ein Gespür für neue Chancen.
• Interesse an Daten, KI und Innovation – du glaubst an die Kraft von Insights, um Wandel zu gestalten.
