Sales Compensation Lead

CCH Tagetik, part of Wolters Kluwer’s Corporate Performance & ESG Division, is seeking a Sales Compensation Lead who will play a critical role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales compensation programs. This role will oversee the administration of Xactly, manage diverse compensation formats across matrix organizations to ensure the successful design and implementation of compensation plans.

This role can be based in one of our offices in Lucca, Milan, Turin or Rome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Xactly Administration:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Xactly platform.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of variable incentive payments.
  • Maintain system integrity and address any technical issues or enhancements.
  • Manage Multiple Compensation Formats:
  • Develop and manage various sales compensation structures tailored to different roles and regions.
  • Ensure alignment of compensation formats with company goals and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compensation plans seamlessly within the organizational matrix.
  • Compensation Plan Design:
  • Design innovative and competitive sales compensation plans that motivate and reward sales performance.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation plans are competitive.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine compensation strategies to align with business objectives and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Consolidated experience managing Xactly or similar sales compensation software.
  • Extensive experience in sales compensation plan design and administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a corporate software or technology company.
  • Knowledge of matrix organizational structures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
