About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for candidates interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Sales & Catering Department

What will you do:

As an intern, you will:

• Collaborate with the relevant departments to manage rooming lists, special arrangements, F&B requirements, transfers and transport, as well as account and billing instructions related to groups, events, and transient bookings.
• Support the Managers in daily communication with agencies and clients and assist in preparing proposals and contracts.
• Learn to verify and ensure all involved departments have the most up-to-date information regarding group, event, and VIP clients prior to their arrival, and assist in preparing related documents (e.g., Banqueting orders, Group Resumé, menus, internal memos, etc.).

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the hospitality industry and develop valuable skills in event management and client relations.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Milan and available from March 2026.
