Sales & Business Development Manager will have sole responsibility for a sub region/cluster to support strategy of at least double business in 3 years.Welcome to Consumer Health business unit for EU/IMEA/LATAM
Novonesis’ Consumer Health business unit is responsible for selling Novonesis’ branded product portfolio to help people live healthier and better lives. Our biology-based and clinically documented product brands include PrecisionBiotics™ and MicrobiomeLabs™ which are sold in multiple channels including ‘direct’, ‘e-commerce’, through ‘regional distributors’ and directly to healthcare professionals).In this role you’ll make an impact by:Secure new customer partners by sourcing, pitching and converting account on own/ in collaboration with regional Marketing teamGrow business by ongoing management and upselling including launching new products from combined Novonesis portfolio as a key company synergy growth priorityHelp instill a high level of customer centricity and be the voice of the sales function. Build customer insight and feedback to enable agile adaption of value propositionProtect and preserve Novonesis brand equityPotentially relevant experience:You have at least 5 years of sales experience with distributor sales preferably in consumer health industry, ideally with an understanding of consumer brands as well as B2B experienceYou possess a strong business acumen to assess and prioritize leads fast, with proven track record of converting leads into opportunities, and opportunities into sales/business impact

You have ability to quickly build trust with customers and good listening skills to identify and address pain points/needsYou excel in internal networking to tap into the organization’s know-how and collaborate with cross-functional/regional stakeholdersYou probably have a Masters Degree in business, science or engineeringYou have experience with remote selling/digital engagement and affinity for digital/IT tools/platforms/systems (e.g., SalesForce, etc.)Application deadline: 23rd August 2024
