As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with this dynamic team and report directly to the Head of Sales and Business Development for the Nordics and Baltics.This position can be located anywhere in the Nordics, making it a fantastic opportunity for professionals seeking flexibility and the chance to contribute to the team’s mission from various locations in the region.Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Research and prioritize new and existing customer needs within our segment
  • Promote company products/services addressing or predicting clients’ needs
  • Build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers to expand the network
  • Negotiate and sign new customers, ensuring swift integration
  • Drive thought leadership in payments and understand competitor products and strategies

  • You have proven experience in negotiating and closing sales deals, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention (5-10 years)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • You are comfortable with high levels of autonomy and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
