  • To support and develop the annual and seasonal strategic and planning process working as the lead partner for the Director Strategic Account Sales, ensuring profitable market share and net sales growth within Strategic Accounts in Iberia.
  • To ensure the full sales cycle from pre-sales through season execution preparing the business and process/tools for the future.
  • Act as PM Officer by executing transversal projects to improve the efficiency of the area and adding value to the process.

Key Responsibilities:Integrated Strategic Accounts Sales Planning

  • Support the Strategic Accounts (SA) business follow-up via process/tools that works both as a place where SSAM/SAMs forecasts can be reviewed but also submitted to a wider audience.
  • Develop and support Strategic Accounts Sales annual and seasonal plans working as the key partner for the SSAM/SAMs.
  • Drive collaboration and include input from key stakeholders including the Account, Sales, Planning, CtC to optimize resources and accuracy to financial plans.
  • Create insightful reports to monitor the key initiatives and sales plans in every season to allow the team to make business decisions.
  • Supervise all Strategic Accounts stewardship aspects to assure sales team delivers performance as expected by Strategic Accounts and adapt on basis of findings

Create the Future

  • Strategy Development – develop and support strategic planning process working as the lead partner for the Director Strategic Accounts 1.
  • Lead Strategic Accounts Pack through the creating and maintenance of business and financial reports (Gross to Net, Forecast, OTB, Contribution, …)
  • Market research – Provide market research that will allow Strategic Accounts Team to influence account plans and business.
  • Prepare research-based presentations for the sales team (SSAM and Director) to use in customer and internal meetings

KPIs:

  • Implemented OTIF all process/tools that allow the team and business to success

Key Relationships:

  • Cluster: SA Sales Team, Account Marketing, Sales Development, Controlling, Customer Service, DPC.
  • Europe: Sales Strategy & Development
  • External – Customers.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High analytical skills for strategy development, business & decision planning
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail landscape, customers, competitors and retail trends; knowledge of sports market preferred
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, influence and lead others. Facilitation skills strongly developed.
  • High presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office and MicroStrategy. Proficiency in excel and power point.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions.
  • Experience working with digital metrics & a history of leveraging these to increase sales performance
  • Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn. Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
  • Passionate about deriving business insight from data, improving processes and solving problems
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and to work under pressure
  • Comfortable with working in an international environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish as well as English. Skills and abilities in other language are an added plus.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business with marketing and sales focus
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience within large sales organisations.
  • IT skills: Advanced MS Office and Microstrategy Skills (is a plus)
