00131064Support the sales team achieving their monthly sales goals based on:

  • Verification, management and activation of leads / trials.
  • Process orders from customers, sales reps and partners accurately, efficiently and compliant to our

company policies and relevant contract regulations. * Cleaning the database via updating the record, qualifying or disqualifying accounts.

  • Handling of administrative tasks for the Key Account Management.
  • Communication to customers, partners and internal team members.
  • You are willing to take part in team and possible sales events (e.g. trade fairs).
  • Support the organization with special projects, basic analysis of data, process documentation improvement,

support to customer reconciliation or collection, administrative activities.

  • Sales experience will be an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of order processing and quotations as well as a high customer and service orientation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Confident handling of ERP systems and CRM software like MS Dynamics365 (is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English at an advanced level (is the main language of the company), knowledge of German is an added advantage.
  • Friendly and confident demeanor with a high reliability and passion for details.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented way of thinking.
  • Identifies and resolves problems as well as provide feedback in a timely manner.
  • Industry knowledge of the automotive repair, automotive and/or software industries, as well as a personal interest

or technical understanding of vehicles or subscription-based software is preferred.
