The Sales Associate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store, and contribute to the dissemination of the brand, its history, and products, to develop sales and build customer loyalty.
This position maintains a high degree of client engagement in accordance with brand principles providing and encouraging an elevated and inspirational customer experience.Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Deliver exceptional in-store shopping experiences.
- Welcome the customer, analyze his request, detect his expectations for assertive advice.
- Present the history of the brand and explain the characteristics and specificities of the products.
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs, making product recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement.
- Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout.
- Carry out product exchanges, cleaning of your department, window changes, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed.
- Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by store manager.

- Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
- Commitment to drive sales growth.
- Customer relationship and sales loyalty.
- 2/3 years’ experience in trade.
- A first experience in Cosmetics/Beauty/Fragrances would be a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese or other languages would be a plus.
- Flexibility to accommodate work schedules/shifts based on business needs.
- Must be able to provide eligibility to work in Spain.
