The Sales Associate actively contributes to maximize the performance of the Milan Boutique through the achievement of strategic and sales objectives, guaranteeing excellent customer service and optimal profitability.
The Sales Associate represents the IWC Schaffhausen brand inside and outside the Boutique, ensuring compliance with the Group’s policies and procedures.How will you make an impact?

  • Budget Boutique achievement
  • Developing sales initiatives aimed to achieve turnover targets (monthly and annual) and the KPIs established by the Boutique Manager
  • Customer Focus
  • Guarantying a high standard in terms of customer welcome, information and service, bearing in mind that the final customer is the priority
  • Knowing the products and their availability, the technical peculiarities, the history of the IWC brand, the competitors in the Luxury sector and he/she is able to share his/her knowledge with the customer and ensures excellent customer service during sales and after sales
  • Boutique management support
  • Preparing daily reports on stock, type of customer and products sold
  • Participating in maintaining visual merchandising guidelines of the Boutique according to the Maison’s directives
  • Assisting the Boutique Manager in organizing local events
  • Boutique administration
  • Knowing and correctly uses SAP and the SAV System: guarantees the correct processing of payments in cash and credit cards, enters sales data in the management system, transfers products
  • Ensuring that all standards and operating procedures are respected
  • Accessories stock
  • Dealing with restocking accessories (straps, bracelets, etc.), as well as keeping them correctly cataloged in order
  • Providing assistance to colleagues for the replacement /exchange of straps/bracelets on sales or customer watches
  • Calling prospect CRM
  • Being responsible for calling customers / prospects registered on the IWC website who have requested a catalogue, to create a relationship between them and the most personal boutique, build loyalty, invite you to visit the store, give information regarding a product of particular interest

How will you experience success with us?You are an ambassador of the Maison which means knowing and sharing the Maison’s products & History.
