Overview

As a Sales Assistant, your primary focus is ensuring every customer receives exceptional service in a friendly environment. This involves proactive engagement, a welcoming atmosphere, expert product knowledge, and attention to all aspects of customer service. 

What You’ll Do

• Recognize and meet customer needs with outstanding service at the Crocs store,
• Maximize in-store sales and contribute to achieving sales figures.
• Possess solid product knowledge and stay aware of current offers and promotions.
• Assist with sales floor management, stock organization, and maintenance.
• Take ownership of personal development and actively seek continuous improvement.
• Contribute to team performance and suggest improvements in customer service.
• Provide excellent service focusing on customer needs, giving information and advice.
• Fulfill tasks assigned by store management, ensuring diligence and punctuality.
