In this dynamic role, you’ll take charge of your own area and serve as a key interface between markets and headquarters, offering you the opportunity for continuous growth and development.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Market and Key Account Managers with finance and profitability matters
- Provide business analysis to monitor performance and improve processes
- Oversee Sales and Margin planning, reporting, and analysis for OMNI Channel
- Regularly review and optimize channel, product, and customer mix
- Develop and track sales metrics, KPIs, and KPDs for B2B and Retail channels
- Work with Credit Control Team on managing Bad Debts and Accounts Receivables
- Perform controlling routines, including monthly end closing, reporting, and analysis
Identify opportunities to improve results and optimize trade investments.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or controlling role, preferably in a multinational environment
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Experience in sales analysis with focus on profitability analysis, customer segmentation and market performance metrics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software, preferably SAP
- Familiarity with KPI development and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Fluent English knowledge, both written and spoken
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
