Brøndby outside Copenhagen
and dive into the fundamentals

of FMCG industry. We are looking for a recent graduate to join us part-time for 15/20 hours per week, starting September 2024 or after the agreement, for a one-year contract. The job location is going to be flexible when you’re fully up and running.

This is going to be an exciting and educational internship, where you’ll work closely with our Denmark team of 19 people, all while getting the chance to be connected to our worldwide organization. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

-Input of Sales Data and Settlement

– You will be responsible for entering sales data into our campaign system and ensuring accurate settlement from customers.
-Tracking and Reporting

– Assist with sales meeting planning, shipments, and creating product registration forms, while providing monthly reporting to Statistics Denmark and maintains sales data in Power BI Catman Solution.
-Invoice Processing

– Takes ownership of the shared email and ensure correct processing of invoices, and related tasks in collaboration with the finance department.
-Sales Data Analysis

– Analyzes sales data, campaigns, and competitor activity.
 

We’re Looking for Someone With

-A university or higher education degree (BSc, MSc or similar).
-Analytical skills: passion for figures and Microsoft office skills.
-Proficiency in English and Danish or any Nordic language.
-A proactive mindset and team spirit: working in close collaboration with the team in Denmark.
