* Making and receiving calls to Customers to discuss existing broadband packages, booking appointments and up-selling
* Building rapport with your customers on the phone to maximise opportunities
* Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs
* Through effective questioning, you will be able to understand customer needs to be able to deliver great service
* Update databases with customer details and your activity
