Daily sales order entry on SAP, raising corresponding purchase order when required.

Daily check to download new customer orders from bespoke customer portals, liaise with sales team regarding contract review and status.
-
Upload shipment documents, including invoices on to customers portals to ensure payment.
-
E-mail export documentation pack to customers when shipment is confirmed.
-
Weekly review of sales order change report, ensuring data is correctly recorded.
-
Updating customer info. records on SAP
-
Raising new SAP material master request forms
-
Updating inventory to reflect end use/customer.
-
Scan & upload relevant documents on to SAP
-
Weekly update to customer order book status
-
Logistics cover, to include raising picking tickets and delivery paperwork in SAP.

Perform any other reasonable requests made by the Company for which you have the necessary training and experience.

Experience of working in a manufacturing environment, using integrated ERP systems – SAP experience is preferable – Order to Cash

Excellent communication and people skills

Good Planning and organizing skills

Knowledge of ERP systems

Good knowledge of Excel database management

Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated and work as part of a team
