As a Sales Administrator, you will provide support to the business development team, ensuring all the necessary paperwork is processed and completed in an accurate and timely manner.

ABOUT YOU

As a Sales Administrator, you will contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team by providing administrative support, managing sales-related documentation, assisting customers, maintaining data accuracy, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Sales Administrator ideally in a Business-to-Business environment

  • Excellent Ms Office skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint is to be proficient

  • Customer Service Experience in a Business-to-Business environment

  • Great communication skills

  • Attention to details

    • The following would be beneficial although not essential:
  • Microsoft Poer BI

  • Industry knowledge

  • CRM experience

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming RFQ’s (requests for quotations)

  • Develop Cost Sheets and Quote documents

  • General administrative support

  • Customer communication support

  • Weekly and Monthly Sales report development

  • CRM system updates and data extraction

  • Daily account management of smaller accounts and regular contact with clients on RFQ progress

  • Support in the communication between sales and technical teams

Hybrid. Based in Milton Keynes. Permanent. Full time – 37 hrs; Mon-Fri.
