Sales Administrator

A varied Sales Administrator position has arisen, working on a full-time basis for a manufacturing company based in Redditch. Joining a small team, you will be managing the sales order process as well as providing administrative support to the Managing Director.

As the Sales Administrator you will be –

  • Query handling both calls and emails
  • Creating and sending quotes & proposals
  • Processing and managing sales orders
  • Adding and updating information to the CRM systems
  • Handling incoming calls and developing strong working relationships with customers
  • Providing administrative support to Managing Director
  • Adhoc diary management and administrative tasks

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following experience and skills –

  • Processing sales orders in a manufacturing or engineering company
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Any prior experience using Salesforce or InDesign is beneficial
  • Good customer service with a strong telephone manner
  • Good numeracy skills

On offer for this Sales Administrator role –

  • Monday – Friday office hours of 9am – 5pm
  • Free parking available on-site
  • Offering a starting salary of £28-30,000p/a

This will be an office-based Sales Administrator role where you will be required to be on-site at their offices, which are based in Redditch Monday – Friday.
