MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries.  We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. As part of our broader sustainable solutions platform, we also provide both chemistry and equipment for turnkey wastewater treatment and recycle and reuse solutions. What will you be doing?

1. To research and capture new customers by using various channels (internet,customer sourced intelligence, magazines, trade shows…etc)
2. To request appointment by establishing contacts with the customers (phone, e-mail)
3. To realise visits upon request from the customer side according to the reaction of the customer. To gather the required information about the client during these visits (consumptional values, product line workshops) and direct the meeting in a way to fulfill the customer needs by presenting our company and our products. Finally, to record and report the meeting to the manager.
4. To prepare the customer price quotations and pricing processes as a result of the meetings with the customer.
5. To forward the quotations to the customer and to determine a road map according to the consequence. In case of acceptance of the offer, then to initiate the work flow, otherwise to freeze the customer file.
6. To initiate the make up processes or conversions for the new customers and to periodically visit and monitor the developments and making controls.
7. To follow up the existing customers by arranging periodical visits.
8. To make the final cross checks and controls of the laboratory analysis results of the samples given by the customers assigned to him/herself and inform the results directly to the customer side.
9. To arrange the delivery forms of all the special lab samples (solution and plating parts) analysis to be sent to the abroad

Who are You?

-You must be a proven B-2-B enterprise sales leader with 5+ years of professional outside sales experience. Experience selling technical solutions that chemicals.
-Experience using the following Sales Methodologies is a major plus but not necessary:Strategic Selling, Target Account Selling, Solution Selling, etc.
-You must be a high-energy, high-character, entrepreneurial sales professional with an unwavering commitment to excellence for yourself and the customer   Professional image along with extraordinary organization, leadership, communication, and presentation skills are must.
-You must be passionate, self-starting and resourceful with a willingness to work as a part of growing team.  This is a fast-paced industry and environment; therefore, you must be self-managed and adaptable to change and growth.
-You must be assertive with exceptional relationship and networking skills.  You must have an executive presence and be politically savvy to expand relationships to upper and senior-level management within our customers.
-You must be detail-oriented and highly skilled at the Microsoft Office suite of tools.  You must be very comfortable working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Atlas daily.  
-You must be willing to devote at least 50% or more of your time to traveling to your accounts – significant travel is required
