Sales Account Manager – Consumables – Central Italy
Our client, a global leader in laboratory and clinical technologies, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive the success of their cutting-edge consumables portfolio, including GC and HPLC columns, sample preparation solutions, and laboratory equipment.

Location: This role is not office-based; you will work remotely with frequent travel to customer sites across Central Italy, particularly in the Lazio region, as well as Umbria, Tuscany, and Emilia-Romagna.
We are looking for candidates based in Lazio, ideally in Rome.
Main Responsibilities:
* Generate existing and new sales across various accounts and industries in your designated territory.
* Develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with key customers.
* Understand customer needs and identify solutions for non-standard tasks/queries to create new business opportunities.
* Promote and sell products and solutions to current and new customers, informing them about new product introductions.
* Monitor and revise lead generation plans.
* Determine and develop approaches to sales assignments to achieve quotas and strategies.
* Lead projects that require coordination with other functions and organizations.
Requirements:
* University degree in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.) or a related Life Sciences field.
* At least 3-4 years of sales experience in laboratory settings and good knowledge of laboratory workflows.
* Strong understanding of analytical techniques such as chromatography, spectrometry, and/or spectroscopy.
* Good level of English proficiency.
