PracticeTechnologies Cyber SecurityLocation Utrecht, NetherlandsType ContractSailPoint IIQ Architect – Remote – 6+ month contractNext Ventures is partnered with a leading Dutch Telecommunications client who is hiring multiple SailPoint IIQ Architects on a contract basis.About the Role:
We are looking for an IAM Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in implementing security policies within our IT landscape. In this position, you’ll guide internal customers through compliance processes and translate IAM requirements into practical solutions that enhance the employee experience. As part of an agile team, you will collaborate on the continuous development and improvement of our Identity and Access Management systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business demands into IAM solutions, gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Develop strategies to automate and administer identity and compliance across enterprise systems.
• Support the product owner in driving IAM roadmaps and technology enhancements.
• Communicate IAM policies to end users in an understandable way.
• Break down complex demands into actionable increments and create supporting design documentation.
• Maintain standards and documentation related to identity processes and infrastructure.
• Assess and align applications and architecture with industry best practices.
• Lead the restructuring of core IAM processes such as onboarding, certifications, and lifecycle management.
• Advise both team and leadership on IT security, IAM disciplines, and relevant regulatory practices.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience or strong interest in cybersecurity, with a focus on IAM processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, KANBAN, SAFe).
• Experience with or interest in IAM processes like joiner, mover, leaver lifecycle events.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are a bonus.
• Strong understanding of SailPoint, Microsoft Azure, and IAM protocols (SCIM, OAUTH, SAML, OIDC).
• Higher education or equivalent working experience; SailPoint certifications are a plus.
