Ben jij een (pas afgestudeerde) technisch ingenieur met een intrinsieke drang naar veiligheid? Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Veiligheidscoördinator die samen met ons de normen voor veiligheid naar nieuwe hoogtes wil tillen.

Functieomschrijving

-Leid de ontwikkeling van een veiligheidscultuur binnen Leviat en streef naar een ongevalsvrije werkomgeving.
-Ondersteun het management en zorg voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften volgens wetgeving en normen.
-Bouw mee aan een ISO-managementsysteem en implementeer CRH-richtlijnen.
-Optimaliseer veiligheidsprocedures, bereid rapporten voor en implementeer corrigerende maatregelen.
-Ontwikkel en coördineer veiligheidstrainingen en bewustwordingsinitiatieven.
-Zorg voor maandelijkse veiligheidsrapportage aan CRH met betrekking tot KPI’s.
-Tijdig en correct opstellen van ongevalsrapporten (met inbegrip van bijna-ongelukken). Implementeren en bewaken van maatregelen ter correctie van dit (bijna)ongeval.

Profiel

-Bachelor diploma in een technisch veld.
-Gecertificeerd Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
-Gedreven door veiligheid, sterk leiderschap en communicatieve vaardigheden.
-Begrip van productie- en onderhoudsprocessen, analytisch en resultaatgericht.
-Creatieve denker

, nauwkeurig in administratie en veerkrachtig.
-Talenkennis: Nederlands, Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
