Our client, a leading player in the agrochemical industry, is seeking an experienced Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Specialist to join their dynamic team just outside Brussels. As an SDS Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with global regulations such as REACH and GHS, contributing to the safe use and handling of cutting-edge agricultural products. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, maintain, and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in compliance with global regulations including REACH, GHS, and CLP.
* Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of SDS documentation, reflecting the latest regulatory changes and scientific data.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to gather necessary information for SDS preparation.
* Conduct regular reviews and audits of SDS documents to ensure ongoing compliance with international standards.
* Provide guidance and training to internal teams on SDS-related matters, promoting best practices in chemical safety and regulatory compliance.
* Manage and maintain an electronic database for SDS documents, ensuring they are easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

* 3 to 5 years of experience in SDS management within the chemical, agrochemical, FMCG, or related industries.
* Strong knowledge of REACH, CLP, GHS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing complex regulatory information.
* Proficiency in using electronic SDS management systems or databases.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly and concisely.
