Development Manager – Digital Transformation Program (Belgium)This is a great opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to support within a Digital Transformation Program with a leading European provider of cloud-based Business Communications.You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the digital operations across Europe. (Open to applicants in Belgium, Netherlands, and France)​About the Development Manager position:As the Development Manager, you will oversee the creation and delivery of a program unifying diverse systems into a global digital platform. This is a pivotal role that requires managing a multidisciplinary development team, integrating local and external resources, and driving technological innovation while ensuring existing systems continue to meet market needs.Key Responsibilities for the Development Manager position:Lead, coach, and grow a team of developers in Belgium, with potential to expand across multiple countriesDesign and execute strategies for digital transformation across the product portfolioPartner with architects, functional users, and business leaders to align development goals with organisational objectivesMaintain high standards in software development, employing agile best practicesOversee the unification of diverse local development teams and technology stacks into a global systemPlan and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve measurable successRecruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Balance the maintenance of local systems with the development of a new global stack
