You will have the role of assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and support students’ learning needs, ensuring a positive and effective educational experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
- Provide individualized support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Help maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment.
- Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.
- Support students’ academic and personal development.
- Supervise students during breaks and lunchtimes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
