Job description

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Finance/accounting experience in an international company, with strong knowledge of US GAAP and Record to Report processes.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills.
• Experience in change management, process improvement, and implementing new accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment.
• ACCA/CPA certification preferred.
