Your primary responsibility will be to develop efficient automation processes to meet the needs of the firm, embracing opportunities to drive efficiency and leverage AI and Automation to create desired solutions. You will also support the firm regarding the ongoing maintenance of the delivered solutions including post-production monitoring and troubleshooting. The role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to work closely with the RPA development team, business and infrastructure teams to develop, monitor and support new automations.Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Analyst to verify business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop efficient, well-structured and AI-powered solutions using Power Platform to deliver improvements to current processes.
- Identify and communicate technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions.
- Deliver automation components and create re-usable assets for each project.
- Work to meet project deadlines and deliverables, communicating any project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager.
- Create process documentation and deliver technical explanation of the solution.
- Maintain and monitor RPA environments.
- Work closely with the related automation delivery teams to drive successful automation in an agile fashion.
- Drive and shape the Low-Code platform, seeking opportunities to extend its reach and impact by cooperating with other developers and Teams (like Innovation or Data Scientists).
RequirementsMust have:
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Information/Computer related field and/or related work experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in RPA developer role, ideally using the Microsoft Power Automate suite and Microsoft Power Apps.
- Understanding of integration technologies (RESTful APIs, web services or similar).
- Ability to understand business processes and create technical documentation.
- Experience in AI tools (like: Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Studio, LLMs, ChatGPT).
- Fluent English spoken and written to efficiently communicate within the Team and with Stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Expertise in RPA processes, including requirements gathering, solution designing, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation (RPA development governance).
- Understanding Microsoft Azure Cloud Services to be able to cooperate closely with Data Center Team (Microsoft Azure certification would be an asset).
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL.
- Experience in working in a dynamic Agile / Scrum project delivery environment.
- Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques.
