Robotics Engineer (Wind Turbine Industry)

- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for welding robot integration
- Allocate resources efficiently, monitor project expenses, and ensure adherence to timelines
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with welding robot implementation
- Collaborate with vendors to select and implement appropriate welding robot systems
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns
- Implement quality control measures to ensure welding processes meet industry standards
- Develop training programs and documentation for personnel involved in robotic welding operations
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, incorporating lessons learned from previous projects
- Ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards and safety requirements
- Bachelor’s degree as Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in welding robotics projects is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of welding processes, robotic systems, and automation technologies
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to welding and robotics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
