  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for welding robot integration
  • Allocate resources efficiently, monitor project expenses, and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with welding robot implementation
  • Collaborate with vendors to select and implement appropriate welding robot systems
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure welding processes meet industry standards
  • Develop training programs and documentation for personnel involved in robotic welding operations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, incorporating lessons learned from previous projects
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards and safety requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree as Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in welding robotics projects is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of welding processes, robotic systems, and automation technologies
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to welding and robotics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
