Design and develop robotic systems tailored to meet the specific needs of our production facilities.Lead the adoption of digital technologies, such as data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance within the manufacturing environment.Develop and execute validation protocols for robotics systems and digital solutions in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP); ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and standards throughout the validation process.Continuously monitor and optimize robotics and digital systems to improve performance, reliability, and productivity; implement process improvements based on data analysis and feedback from stakeholders.Provide training and technical support to manufacturing personnel on the use and maintenance of robotics and digital systems; develop instructional materials and documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development.Identify and mitigate risks associated with robotics and digital technologies in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Implement strategies to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of automated processes.Work closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, quality assurance, operations) and external vendors to coordinate the deployment and integration of robotics and digital solutions; foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive continuous improvement.Why YOU?Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or a related field.Strong background in robotics engineering, automation, or digital.Knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in manufacturing.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and validation processes in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP).Strong project management skills, ideally with certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), and experience in managing cross-functional teams.Good level of written and spoken EnglishPreferred Qualifications & Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a regulated industry is preferred.What We Offer:Permanent contract in a very Inclusive environmentSmart Working up to 50% for eligible rolesPerformance RewardFlexible BenefitsCompany Healthcare PlanIntegrative pension fundEmployee Assistance ProgrammeSustainable mobility programme
