Together with your coworkers in the roaming & transactions team, you ensure that charging of electric vehicles is made possible between hundreds of parties with whom charging sessions are exchanged.A selection of your tasks:Develop cooperation with roaming partners and coordinate operational aspects.Analyzing received invoices and troubleshooting missing (internal or external) charging sessions.Close cooperation with internal departments and make recommendations for improvement.Training internal teams and service partners on roaming services, protocols and procedures.Co-develop new procedures for transaction handling.Create monthly reports for the internal organization.What do you need to excel at this role?Strong analytical skills for identifying improvement opportunities and converting data into strategic insights.Excellent collaboration skills to communicate effectively with both internal teams and roaming partners.Problem-solving thinking to respond quickly to challenges and proactively solve problems.Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.Good command of both Dutch and English.What’s in it for you?Blink Charging Belgium is a game changer; we are the pioneer of electric driving in Belgium.
