Given that most of our projects are international, you will be in close contact with colleagues from various parts of the world where we execute projects.How to contribute to our visionIn the Roadmap & Portfolio Lead role you will be part of our portfolio team.You will be responsible for

  • creating full portfolio view across platform activities across different programs
  • creating and maintaining of platform roadmap
  • assisting Head of Platform with preparation for external and internal reviews
  • consolidating of resource picture in platform level with assist of PMO
  • creating documents and presentations for high level meetings with C-levels
  • following up and driving of actions on behalf of Head of Platform
  • interconnecting platform roadmap to the module and other functions roadmap

What you need to make a differenceBesides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment.You have minimum

  • 10 years of experience in engineering portfolio management and strategy
  • Proven experience in preparing materials for C level discussions
  • You hold an engineering or management degree
  • You are experienced user of Microsoft project, office
  • Expected travel is approx. 60 days a year
